Roofing Gallery in Springdale, AR

They spent forty minutes in the attic before ever going on the roof, then showed me photos of frost rings on the nails. It was condensation from the bath fan, not a leak. They fixed the duct and did not sell me a roof.

Ninety-four house, two layers up there, and they found it with a test square before writing the quote. Deck sheets were priced per sheet so the final bill matched the estimate almost exactly. Crew stripped and dried in the same day.

We have seven people in a three bedroom and the attic was soaking every winter. They opened the soffit, put in baffles and matched the exhaust to it. Came back in January with the meter to prove it worked.

Told me honestly the hail hits per square would not clear my deductible on a roof that age, and that filing would just sit on my loss history. Nobody else was willing to say that. Used them a year later for the replacement.
